Title:
耐せん断高耐熱性無機繊維結合型セラミックス製のロッド形状部品及びその製造方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6975594
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To provide a rod shape component that has shear resistance relative to the shear force in fiber direction imparted to an interlayer of oxidized inorganic fiber fabric, and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A rod shape component comprises a main laminate part that is constituted by an inorganic fiber bonded ceramic member, and an inclined laminate part that is constituted by the inorganic fiber bonded ceramic member and is integrally provided to the main laminate part. The inorganic fiber bonded ceramic member has plural oxidized inorganic fiber fabrics that are laminated. The oxidized inorganic fiber fabric contains an inorganic fiber fabric constituted by inorganic fiber, and an inorganic substance formed on the surface of inorganic fiber fabric. In the main laminate part, the fiber direction of inorganic fiber contained in the inorganic fiber bonded ceramic member is directed toward the direction along the center line direction of the rod shape component, and the main laminate part includes an inclined cross section sloped and formed to the fiber direction of inorganic fiber. The inclined laminate part is provided on the inclined cross section, and the fiber direction of inorganic fiber contained in the inorganic fiber bonded ceramic member is directed toward the direction along the inclined cross section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
