Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending device having excellent bending quality and a bending processing method with use of the device.SOLUTION: A bending device comprising a pulling-in roller for pulling-in of a material, plural drive rollers which are located on lateral bending outer side and inner side of the material and give flexural stress onto the material, and a rolling bending roller for pressing a bending part of the material from a vertical direction. An outer peripheral speed of the rolling bending roller is so set as to be faster than an outer peripheral speed of the pulling-in roller, and in the rolling bending roller, a rolling pressure on the bending outer side of the material is so set as to be larger than a rolling pressure on the bending inner side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
