Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll bond panel having grooves and ribs on an inner face of a hollow duct.
SOLUTION: Faces provided with a group of fins 4 of metallic plates 1, 2 respectively provided with the group of fins 4 on a central part of its one face in such manner that a thickness of the part of the group of fins 4 is thicker than the other part, are dry-etched, for example, etched by a magnetron spattering method, then immediately the metallic plates 1, 2 are laminated in a state that the etched faces are faced inside, cold pressure welding is performed thereto, and a non-bonding part opposite to the group of fins 4, of the obtained clad material is swelled by fluid pressure to form a hollow duct.
