PURPOSE: To provide a roll bond panel which has enough strength and rigidity even applied with load from any direction in the case of using it as the structure material.
CONSTITUTION: This roll bond panel is the one that plural aluminum sheets 1, 2, 3 are lapped, rolled, and press-fixed in a state of interposing a press- sticking preventing agent between them, a high pressure fluid is introduced into a part interposed with the press-sticking preventing agent, and the part is bulged. One side surface is press-fixed at a joining part 32 which arranges lapping two aluminum sheets 1, 2 in a hound's tooth like, and the other side surface is press-fixed at a joining part 34 which arranges lapping two aluminum sheets 2, 3 in a hound's tooth like at another position except one side's joining part.
