PURPOSE: To make it possible to improve the direct lubrication and anti-blocking ability, by winding up a vinyl chloride group film whose surface is roughened in part, with air-layers being formed therein, so that anti-blur agent and lubricant contained in the surface maybe shifted.
CONSTITUTION: With the use of a bottom roll or a center roll whose outer surfaces are roughened over 1 to 50% of the entire outer surfaces thereof, resin containing 40 to 55 parts of plasticizer 40 to 55, 1.0 to 3.0 part of SOLBITAN fatty acid ester group anti-blur agent and 0.1 to 1.5 alkylane bis fatty acid, with respect to 100 part of vinyl group resin 100, as indispensable components is rolled by a calendar roll at a predetermined temperature. Further, air layers are included in the vicinity of the roughened parts during wind-up, and with the thus obtained air layers the anti-blur agent and lubricant are shifted onto the film surface. Accordingly, a slight certain pattern is transferred in a roughened condition onto the film which are wound and stacked in contact with the anti-blur material lubricant. Thus, it is possible to improve lubrication and anti-block ability in comparison with the conventional material.
