In a specific style of implementation, the spool 50 includes a core and a group of flanges 54, each flange 54 includes an outward surface and an inward surface, and the inward surface of each flange 54 includes a substantially planar part adjacent to the external edge of the flange 54 and a part which is hollowed in the substantially planar part.
