Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the roll-shaped stamper which can cleanly maintain the surface of a stamper over a long period of time and can maintain the high transfer accuarcy of preformat patterns over a long period of time.
CONSTITUTION: This roll-shaped stamper is used for a roller grooving method and is constituted by subjecting the surface of the stamper 2 to a release treatment with a release agent 3, joining fixtures 4, 4a to the stamper 2 and mechanically mounting the stamper to the roll 1 by these fixtures. The release treatment is preferably executed by the film formed by baking of a fluorine compd. and the film thickness thereof is preferably 50 to 1000.
