PURPOSE: To make a fully used recording paper easily separable from the paper tube, by a deterioration of adhesiveness of the rosin liquid, which is applied to a starting end of the winding and surface of the paper tube, following the lapse of time.

CONSTITUTION: A rosin liquid 5 is applied to a winding start end 4a of a recording paper 4 and a paper tube 2, and this rosin liquid 5 can temporarily fix the recording paper winding start end 4a to the paper tube 2, with the recording paper 4 wound on the paper tube 2 while being applied a tension. According to the lapse of time, the rosin itself is cooled and solidified, with a viscous or adhesive character of the rosin liquid 5 being gradually lost, when unwound and used up the wound recording paper 4, its extreme paper end, that is, the winding start end 4a can be easily exfoliated from the paper tube 2, thus can be prevented a damage and stain of the equipment deriving from the shock of paper breakage, detachment of the paper tube 2, etc.
