Abstract:
To provide a roller for applying a paint with high liquid-retaining force excellent in absorbing and possessing a paint liquid of low viscosity.
The roller for applying the paint has a cylindrical or a round column roller 1 rotatably retained by a support shaft 3 and the roller 1 is formed by a melamine based resin foam such that the paint liquid can be adsorbed and possessed by immersing it in the paint liquid to be coated.
