PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the exchange of ring rollers while maintaining the security of power transmission among the ring rollers and oscillating properties of the ring rollers by attaching ends of elastic cylindrical members to annular ribs formed on mutually opposite lateral faces of the mutually adjacent ring rollers, fastening the ends to the annular ribs with fastening members and connecting the ring rollers thereto.
SOLUTION: Plural ring rollers 22, 22... composed of roller bodies 22A and collars 22b are freely rotatably held on a guide shaft 20 and annular ribs 22c and 22c are formed on both end faces of the roller bodies 22A. Screw holes 22d and 22d are formed at two places of the outer peripheral surfaces thereof. The mutually adjacent ring rollers 22 and 22 are mutually connected with elastic cylindrical members 26, made of a rubber and attached to the annular rubs 22c and 22c. That is, the elastic cylindrical members 26 are mutually connected with screws 28, inserted, passed through screw inserting and passing holes 26 formed at both ends and screwed into the screw holes 22d of the ribs 22c.
