Outer diametrical parts 10d, 10e of the compression coil spring 10 are fitted in fitting parts 8a, 9a of the spring seats 8, 9, and arranged between the spring seats 8, 9 in a compressed state, to position in the radial direction of the compression coil spring 10, and to give the pre-load between the outer rings 5, 6.
