To provide a means, which can clean a dehydrating roller without removing from a dehydrating roller unit.

The roller cleaning device 10 is composed of a housing 11, the dehydrating roller driving unit 12 contained in the housing 11, and a driving means 13 driving the dehydrating roller driving unit 12. In the housing 11, a cleaning liquid 16 is contained, and the dehydrating roller driving unit 12 is immersed in the cleaning liquid 16. The dehydrating roller driving unit 12 has a tank body, to which the driving means 13 is attached. The driving means 13 consists of a bracket 80 provided on the tank body, and a motor 81 with a reducer fitted to the bracket 80. In the tank body, squeeze rollers 41 and 42 are rotatably pivoted, rotate by the driving of a sprocket 64 of the motor 81 with the reducer, and co-operate the dehydrating rollers by engaging with spur gears provided coaxially to the squeeze rollers 41 and 42, and the dehydrating rollers.
