Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller conveyer capable of extremely simply replacing a belt without dismantling a roller conveyer and using a specific tool.
SOLUTION: This roller conveyer 1 is so formed that a long driving shaft 12 is disposed orthogonally to the longitudinal direction of carrier rollers 10 in the lower position of the multiple carrier rollers 10 disposed in parallel to each other, a retainer shaft 13 is disposed by a clearance apart from the driving shaft 12, a lower part friction wheel 2 is disposed between the driving shaft 12 and the retainer shaft 13 and made to abut on the contact face in the lower side of the both shafts 12 and 13, an upper part friction wheel 3 is disposed between adjoining carrier rollers 10, the upper friction wheel 3 is made to contact with the contact face in the upper side of the carrier roller 10, and a belt 4 is stretched over the upper friction wheel 3 and the lower friction wheel 2.
