Abstract:

To provide a roller device capable of adjusting a distance between side surfaces of a pair of rollers according to a thickness of a film.CONSTITUTION: The roller device holds a film in contact with the sides of a first roller 11 and a second roller 12. The second roller is rotatably mounted on a base member 30 and has a fulcrum axis 33, arranged along a film transport direction, rotatably attached to a pair of front and rear arm units 31 provided underneath the base member. The fulcrum axis is fixed to the arm units when a set screw is tightened, and the second roller approaches or leaves the first roller as the fulcrum axis rotates forward or reverse. When the set screw is loosened, the fulcrum axis rotates relative to the arm units, allowing a relative angular position to be changed. The fulcrum axis is an eccentric axis, and by changing the relative angular position, a distance between the sides of the rollers when the pair of rollers are closed can be changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
