A rink course 1 is composed of a concrete panel 3 spread over the surface of the ground surface 2, a wavelet pattern is drawn on the surface of the concrete panel 3 by fluorescent painting, a light emitting body 4 is formed from that pattern and in order to enhance the stage effect, the fluorescent colors of adjacent light emitting bodies 4 are made different. Besides, on the surface of the concrete panel 3 around the light emitting body 4, a fluorescent body layer 5 is formed by painting the surface with fluorescent painting in a color different from the fluorescent color of the light emitting body 4 and the light emitting color of this fluorescent body layer 5 becomes a background color. By irradiating the surface of the rink course 1 with ultraviolet light X, both the fluorescent body layer 5 to become the background color and the light emitting body 4 emit light and the rink course 1 can be fantastically lighted as a whole.
