Abstract:
To provide a roller correction method of a corrected plate in which a flatness correction effect can be obtained stably and efficiently based on a specific indicator concerning the setting of a maximum machining ratio and the setting of a roll bending amount being applied to the corrected plate, in the roller correction of the corrected plate.SOLUTION: A roller correction method of a corrected plate is provided in which the corrected plate is planarized by passing the corrected plate between multiple rolls and providing repeated flexing in a roller leveler having multiple rolls being vertically arranged in a staggered manner and having a mechanism for adjusting the plate width direction distribution of a roll pushing amount. The roller correction method of the corrected plate is characterized by setting a roll bending amount during roller correction as a sum of the roll bending amount to compensate for roll deflection with the correction reaction force and the roll bending amount to give plate width direction distribution of strain difference to the corrected plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
