Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out shrinkage fitting of a sun gear, an epicyclic roller, and a ring roller in the outside of a casing by providing a male spline in a disk and a female spline in the ring roller and providing a bolt mounting a ring in a circumferential groove of the ring roller.
CONSTITUTION: In a casing, a female spline 19c in a ring roller 19 shrinkage- fitted in an epicyclic roller and a sun roller is inserted into a male spline on a disk 8. A ring 20 is previously inserted into a circumferential groove 19d and a bolt 21 is loosened so that the male spline 8a in the disk 8 can be inserted. After the male spline 8a in the disk 8 is inserted into the female spline 19c in the ring roller 19, the bolt 21 is fastened through a working hole of the casing to be pushed onto a center side so that the disk 8 is prevented from falling off from the ring roller 19. In this way, falling off prevention for a connecting part, between the ring roller 19 and the disk 8 can be carried out from the outside of the casing.
