The rolling angle measuring device is equipped with an angle interferometer 12 which is orthogonally arranged on the optical axis of a laser head 36 via a turning mirror 14 and is mounted on a moving stage 10 moving parallel to the optical axis, and an angle target prism 18 which is coupled with an angle interferometer 12 via a coupling plate 16 so as to be swingable and is arranged on the optical path of the angle interferometer 12. The angle target prim 18 is coupled with a vertical support plate 30 made of a conductor, the bottom end thereof is floateadly supported on the moving stage 10 by a magnetic damper 33 arranged between one pair of magnets 32, and the angle interferometer 12 is fixedly disposed on the moving stage 10 via a fixing component composed of a magnet base 22, a post 24, and a height adjuster 26.
