Abstract:
To provide a rolling bearing with a rotation detection device which can accurately estimate a rotational speed or the like without making a backlash and a positional displacement occur even in any direction of an axial direction, a circumferential direction and a radial direction, in a sensor housing which is attached to a core grid fixed to the rolling bearing even at a use environment temperature over a low-temperature region up to a high-temperature region.SOLUTION: In a rolling bearing with a rotation detection device, an annular groove 14 continuing to an entire periphery in a peripheral direction is formed at an external periphery of a sensor housing 8, a groove width 14w is set at a 20 to 30% of a width dimension 8w of the sensor housing 8, a groove depth 14d is set at 3 to 8% of the width dimension 8w of the sensor housing 8, and the sensor housing 8 is joined to the core grid 7 with an adhesive G which is charged into the groove 14. Lock pieces 12 are arranged at a plurality of points of the core grid 7 in the peripheral direction, and notch grooves 13 which are engaged in positions corresponding to the lock pieces 12 are formed at a plurality of points of the sensor housing 8 in the peripheral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1b
