Abstract:
To provide a rolling control method, a rolling control device, and a production method for a metal strip, which enable rolling of buckled portions to be suppressed by detecting a sign of occurrence of buckle and interrupting rolling in advance.SOLUTION: A rolling control method for a metal strip according to the present invention includes a calculation step of calculating twist of the metal strip on the entry side of a rolling mill, and a rolling control step of stopping the rolling step of the metal strip performed by the rolling mill when the twist of the metal strip calculated in the calculation step is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold value. The rolling control method further includes a step of calculating a C warp of the metal strip on the entry side of the rolling mill. In the rolling control step, the rolling step of the metal strip by the rolling mill may be stopped when the twist and C warp of the metal strip are each equal to or more than the predetermined threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
