Abstract:
To provide a rolling device which is effective for achievement of both a displacement rate and positioning accuracy of a rolling roll.SOLUTION: A rolling device 1 includes rolling rolls 10A and 10B for rolling workpiece, a hydraulic cylinder 21 for displacing the rolling roll 10B so as to change an interval between the rolling roll 10A and the rolling roll 10B by being operated according to flow of driving oil, a plurality of hydraulic valves 22 and 23 provided in parallel with each other so that the hydraulic valves can drive the hydraulic cylinder 21, and roll position control parts 100A and 100B for controlling the hydraulic valves 22 and 23 so that the rolling roll 10B is displaced to a target displacement position. The roll position control parts 100A and 100B increase the number of the hydraulic valves 22 and 23 for driving the hydraulic cylinder 21 so as to displace the rolling roll 10B at a second rate larger than a first rate compared to the number of the hydraulic valves 22 and 23 for driving the hydraulic cylinder 21 so as to displace the rolling roll 10B at the first rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
