Abstract:

To provide a rolling lubricant supply device capable of controlling ejection of a rolling lubricant from a nozzle even when a space in a rolling mill is limited and capable of avoiding waste of the rolling lubricant.

One end of a header 50 is provided with a connection part 500 connected to a supply port provided for a door of a rolling mill 1. The connection part 500 is provided with: a first opening part 504a communicated through a first flow passage 504 and a first opening group 501 to a center nozzle group; and a second opening part 505a communicated through a second flow passage 505 and a second opening group 502 to an outside nozzle group. A blocking member 55 is provided between the supply port and the connection part 500 to block the second opening part 505a, which deters ejection of the rolling lubricant from the outside nozzle group.
