The boundary length and the area of the nickel coating film N is increased, and adhesion strength of the coating film N with respect to the base material M is enhanced, forming of a newly prepared surface by micro metallic contact is reduced, hydrogen intrusion into the base material M is restrained, and rolling fatigue life is improved.
