Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decrease mechanical frictional loss and relax sliding conditions in each sliding part of a rolling piston type compressor.
CONSTITUTION: In place of a crankshaft, a lever member 22 is forced to move in such a manner as to draw a conical locus, whereby revolving motion is given to a roller 24, and sliding load and sliding speed are reduced by utilizing the principle of a lever. Or a vane 26 and the roller 24 are integrated with each other to support the load by surface contact while the load is supported by line contact in the prior art. Further, a part of the lever member 22 is incorporated in the inside of a rotor part 15 of a motor for driving a compressor. Thus, it is possible to provide a rolling piston type compressor which is small- sized and has high efficiency and high durability.
