Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the manufacture of a rolling stock body structure and reduce the cost.
CONSTITUTION: In a rolling stock body structure with a doorway and the opening parts of side windows formed at the side face constituted of roof panels 1a, 1b, doorway panels 2a, 2b, side window panels 3a, 3b, a through passage panel 4, a pole plate 5, a side sill 6, a rafter 7 and a corner post 8, a welding joint line is disposed in the edge line intermediate position of the opening part provided at the body structure in such a way that at least one end reaches the edge line of the opening part.
