To relax stress concentration around the periphery of each ventilating hole in a core member provided with ventilating holes ventilating each cell with the other cells of a laminated panel where a core member is interposed between paired surface plates.
In the rolling stock body structure formed out of a laminated panel provided with ventilating holes 4, which has a structure provided with a core member interposed between paired surface plates 4 and 4, and communicates each cell with the other cells with respect to the core member 3, a drooped leading edge part 5 or a reinforced part with a reinforcing member is formed at the circumferential periphery of each ventilating hole 4. By this constitution, in the core member 3 provided with the ventilating holes 4 making communication among the cells, stress concentration around each ventilating hole 4 can thereby be relaxed without increasing its weight to a great extent, and both enhancement of the strength of the rolling stock body structure and its weight saving can thereby be accomplished.
