Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the appearance of a terminal so fine and excellent in durability by having a metal core in and around the end of an extrusion molding cut off and the end after the removal of the metal core bent to the backside by means of bending.
SOLUTION: A leg part 11 is partially cut off according to the depth of a groove end of a roof, leaving an ornament part 15 behind, extending over the range of specified length from an end E of an extrusion molding 10a, while a metal core 12 is cut off in and around an end part 10b of the extrusion molding, and this end part 10b after removal of the metal core is bent to the backside by means of bending adding heat, whereby a terminal 16 is formed there. A code 11a is a part where the leg part 11 is cut off according to depth of the end part of the roof groove, therefore an amount of removal is gradually enlarged up to somewhere nearer to the end part 10b of the extrusion molding so that another leg part 11a is shortened, and the leg part 11a is entirely removed together with the metal core 12 in and around the end part 10b.
