Abstract:
PURPOSE: To constitute efficiently at a low cost an almost semicylindrical round- shaped roof.
CONSTITUTION: A roof 1 is formed of a central part roof plate 2 comprising a thin metal flat plate formed with a gentle curved surface part in the central part and a shoulder part mold material 3 comprising an extruded mold material formed with a part of small curved surface R in both sides, to constitute a frame integrally formed by one-point tightening with a monobolt 7 a brace 4 performed in a curved surface, horizontal surface part 34 of the shoulder part mold material 3 and an upper surface 52 of a door rail mold material 5. Further, the central part of the central part roof plate 2 is pressed onto the brace 4, bent and bonded with an adhesive, and a side end flange 21 of the central part roof plate 2 is inserted into an adhesive 8 in an adhesive reservoir groove 32 in a point end of a curved roof part 31 of the shoulder part mold material 3, left as retained and fixed by a blind rivet 9 in a plurality of parts till hardening the adhesive 8. A round roof-shaped roof 1, formed with a curved surface thus continued, is constituted.
