To provide a multilayer waterproof sheet can be utilized as a waterproof sheet for a ridge section of a roof and a wall edge, in building wherein a roofing material of various designs and the roof gradient exist in a stereotyped manner.

Characteristically, an elastomer sheet 1 with tear resistance and heat shrinkability is stuck on the front side of an aluminum foil 3 by means of an adhesive 2, and the backside of the aluminum foil 3 is coated with a resin-based coating material 4. In the multilayer waterproof sheet, the elastomer sheet with tear resistance and heat shrinkability is stuck on the front side of the aluminum foil by means of the adhesive, and the backside of the aluminum foil 3 is coated with the resin-based coating material. Thus, the multilayer waterproof sheet is also equipped with foldability and durability by a four-layered structure made of the elastomer sheet, the aluminum foil, the adhesive and the resin-based coating material. Consequently, the waterproof sheet is suitably used as the waterproof sheet for the roof so that the installation of the waterproof sheet on the ridge of the roof and the wall edge can conform to an on-site installation shape, in the building wherein the roofing material of the various designs and the roof gradient exist in the stereotyped manner.
