The roof water draining device 10 comprises gutters 11, 12 formed to a channel shape along the outer peripheries of a roof 1, a water receiver 13 connected to the gutters 11, 12 and a strainer 15 provided at a downspout 14 and a step portion 13a of the water receiver 13. Then, outer peripheral walls 11a, 12a are formed at the outer peripheral end of the gutters 11, 12, and low walls portion 11b, 12b are provided at a distance of x from the corner. And a strainer 15 is formed from a net shaped mesh 15a and an external plastic frame 15b. Then, at the time of rainfall, the rain water flows to gutters 11, 12 and passes through the strainer 15 and flows in the water receiver 13, fallen leaves are caught by the strainer 15, and the residue is moved and scattered by winds to the outside of the roof 1. Thus, the residue can be removed without manual work.
