PURPOSE: To improve thermal efficiency by a method wherein a hot-water system is constituted of a heat radiating hot-water system, whose temperature corresponds to the temperature of hot- water supplied to respective radiators, and a hot-water supplying system, whose temperature corresponds to the temperature of supplying hot-water, and the internal-combustion engine and a heat pump are utilized for the heat source of the heat radiating hot-water system.
CONSTITUTION: The heat pump 6, utilizing a compressor 2 employing the internal-combustion engine as the driving source therefor, is provided with condensers 3, 3' and evaporators 4, 4' while the condenser 3 is utilized to consitute a heat pump hot-water system A for room heating and hot-water supplying. The evaporator 4 is utilized to constitute a room cooling system F while the condenser 3' and the evaporator 4' are constituted so as to release their heat to the atmosphere. The heat radiating hot-water system C is constituted of a waste heat retrieving hot-water system B, retrieving the waste heat of the engine 1, the system A and a heat exchanging section 8, utilizing the hot-water in these hot-water systems as the heat source thereof. A heat radiating hot-water system C is connected with a heat radiating system D communicating with proper radiator 10 while the hot-water supplying system E from a water supplying section 12 to a hot-water discharging section 14 passing through the heat exchanging section 8 indirectly and an auxiliary boiler 13 is constituted.
