Abstract:
PURPOSE: To supply room heating hot water smoothly by heat exchanging between flame and hot water tanks efficiently increasing heat transfer area by disposing a plurality of longitudinal water tank groups and a plurality of lateral water tanks inside a boiler body and providing an exhaustion gas conduit among them.
CONSTITUTION: A lower water tank 3 and a recovering tank 3A are partitioned around a lower combustion chamber 2 of the boiler body 1 and a water tube 5 communicates among these tanks through a motor pump 4. An inner hot water tank 3B is partitioned duplicating the upper part of the boiler body 1. The plurality of the longitudinal water tank groups 3a is disposed to the upper part of the lower water tank 3 communicating with it, and the upper part of the lower water tank groups 3a is communicated with flat lateral water tanks 3b. The plurality of longitudinal water tank groups 3c and an upper part flat lateral water tank 3d are disposed above the flat lateral tank 3b communicating with an upper lateral side water tank 3e formed above the flat lateral tank 3d, and the upper part of the lateral water tank 3 communicates with the inner side hot water tank 3B. A flue gas duct is partitioned between the outside of each of the longitudinal water tank groups 3a, 3c, and the lateral water tanks 3b, 3d and the inner side water tank 3B.
