To provide a room-temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition which has a moderate flow property without performing special treatment on a silica surface, adding a special additive or performing a heat-treatment at a manufacturing process, hardly causes sedimentation/separation of a filler and is suitable as a coating agent.

The room-temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition contains (A) 100 pts.mass diorganopolysiloxane having at least two hydroxy groups or hydrolyzable groups bound to silicon atoms in a molecule, (B) 0.5-30 pts.mass silane having at least two hydrolyzable groups within a molecule and/or a partial hydrolytic condensate thereof and (C) 0.5-300 pts.mass wet silica wherein the specific surface area (BET method) is ≥50 m2/g, the ratio of the specific surface area (BET method) to the specific surface area (CTAB method) is from 1.0 to 1.3 and the moisture content is ≤4%.
