PURPOSE: To obtain a room temperature curing composition which gives a cured material excellent in rubber elasticity and is excellent in solvent resistance, chemical resistance, water and oil repellency, etc., by incorporating a specified polyether compound.
CONSTITUTION: The composition contains a polyether compound having at least one terminal organosilicon group of formula I (wherein R1 is 1-22C alkyl or 6-12C aryl; R2 is H or 1-20C monovalent organic group; R3 is 1-20C divalent organic group; X is H, halogen, hydroxy, alkoxy, alkenyloxy, acyloxy, ketoximate, amido, aminoxy or mercapto; and a is 0 to 2) with the principal chain consisting of a fluorinated polyether of formula II (wherein Rf is 1-12C perfluoroalkyl; R4 is R3; m is 4 or greater; and n is 0 or greater) having a molecular weight of 500 to 50,000.
