Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate deflection of rope tension-adjusting spring in a rope stopper part so as to decrease a sinking amount of a cage improved in its riding comfortableness by removably providing a stopper which suppresses the deflection of the rope tension adjusting spring interposed in the main rope end stopper part of an elevator.
CONSTITUTION: A load is applied to a cage, even when tensile force acts on a main rope 10, deflection of a rope tension adjusting spring 15, interposed in a rope end stopper part, is suppressed by a stopper 20. Consequently, decreasing a sinking factor of the cage, its sinking amount can be decreased.
