Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a rope lowering device which is superior in lock performance (stopping performance) when stopping the body and easily performs slow lowering.
CONSTITUTION: This rope lowering device for arbitrarily stopping or slowly lowering a human, who climbs/lowers the rope 3, in relation to the rope, is provided with a ring part 11 having a rope hole 13 for inserting a small loop 26 of the rope, a hook 19 for hooking the small-looped rope, a lever 21 for rotationally moving the ring part 11, and a coupling means (a karabiner hole 17) of a member (a karabiner 5) for supporting the weight of the human.
