Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reuse a blade body by abrading a tip of the blade body and to machine a blade body as a high-accuracy material by adjusting a projected amount for every blade body.
CONSTITUTION: A blade body 3 with a tip 8 projected is mounted in a recessed groove 2 provided on the peripheral surface of a metal core 1. A blade presser 4 is provided along the side face of the blade body 3. A fixing means 5 for firmly pressing the blade body 3 against one side wall of the recessed groove 2 is provided on the back of the blade presser 4. An adjusting means 6 for adjusting the projected amount of the blade body 3 is connected to the blade body 3.
