Three dimensional polygonal lumps representing spherical elements are fixed to one end or both ends of a hair material for a brush. The hair material is formed by coating the surfaces of the three dimensional polygonal lumps with high hardness abrasive grains, such as diamond grains. The rotary brush for polishing is formed by fixing and shaping the hair materials on a holder so as to be vertical, horizontal, and perpendicular or radial, with respect to the holder. As a result, the effects of deburring and polishing can be furthermore improved.
