Abstract:
To solve a problem that processing of an outer periphery part of a shaft body may cause deformation and deterioration of run-out accuracy to the shaft body in a structure in which a rotary body is attached to the shaft body to be fixedly bonded thereto.SOLUTION: A rotary composite body has: a shaft body; and a rotary body which includes a hole part into which the shaft body is inserted and which rotates integrally with the shaft body. At the hole part of the rotary body, contact parts which contact with an outer peripheral surface of the shaft body when the shaft body is inserted into the rotary body and non-contact parts are alternately provided in a circumferential direction. In the contact part, a first area and a second area having radial rigidity lower than that of the first area are provided in the circumferential direction. When the shaft body is inserted into the rotary body, an outer diameter of the shaft body and an inner diameter of each first area of the hole part of the rotary body are fitted and at least part of each second area is pressed by an outer periphery part of the shaft body to elastically deform in a radial direction. After the shaft body is inserted into the rotary body, a bond is injected into the non-contact parts to fix the rotary body to the shaft body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
