Title:
ROTARY COMPRESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001140773
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To dissolve a problem that when so-called cantilever bearing structure that the bearing of a cylinder head is abolished and a bearing is formed only at a frame is employed, the shaft inclination angle of a drive shaft due to a gas compression load Fg on the bearing formed at the frame and a bearing formed on the inner peripheral surface of a piston is increased and thus, since load capacity of the bearing is reduced, an oil film is hardly formed and reliability on the bearing is remarkably damaged, in a rotary compressor energized by a spring so that the blade is not separated away from the piston.

This compressor comprises a guide 17 to integrally form a blade 12 and a piston 9 and oscillatorily support in a reciprocating manner the blade 12; a frame 10 to close the end face opening of a cylinder 8 and rotatably support a drive shaft; and a cylinder head 11 to close the other end face opening. The cylinder 8 is flattened.
