CONSTITUTION: A rotary cutter 1 is formed by connecting a chamfering tooth 2 having a cutting part formed in a tapered form inside and a cutting edge 3 having a top edge part formed in a tapered form on the outside, in a concentric circular form by a connecting part 4, and the chamfering tooth 2 is fixed in a demountable manner on both the sides of the connecting part 4 two cutting edges each having an inclination on the outer periphery, by screws 5, etc., and the change of the shape and the angle of the necessary taper and the replacement due to the abrasion, cut, etc., can be carried out freely.
