CONSTITUTION: A rotary cutter 1 is formed by connecting a chamfering tooth 2 having a cutting part formed in a tapered form inside and a cutting edge 3 having a top edge part formed in a tapered form on the outside, in a concentric circular form by a connecting part 4, and the chamfering tooth 2 is fixed in a demountable manner on both the sides of the connecting part 4 two cutting edges each having an inclination on the outer periphery, by screws 5, etc., and the change of the shape and the angle of the necessary taper and the replacement due to the abrasion, cut, etc., can be carried out freely. The cutting edge 3 is formed to the smaller thickness than that of the chamfering tooth 2, and both the cutters 2 and 3 are formed from the electrodeposited cutting edge which is formed by fixing the abrasive grains 7 such as diamond and CBN on the outer peripheral surface through the electroplating method. Accordingly, the chamfering for the cut edge surface can be carried out simultaneously with the cut of a panel (cement group plate).
