The rotary cutter device is constituted of: a fixed blade having blade part; a movable blade 15 having blade parts 15a1, 15a2 at both ends, respectively; a movable blade holding part 17 which movably holds the movable blade so that either of both blade parts of the movable blade may be protruded; a holding part which turnably holds the movement blade holding part so that the blade part of the fixed blade and the blade part of the movable blade are positioned while having small angles from a parallel position, these blade parts are engaged with each other, and the engaged position is movable; and a drive part for turning and driving the movable blade holding part which is held at the holding part.
