Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutter grinder that grinds only a flank surface of a grinding tip by pressing the grinding tip against a grinding surface while rotating a rotary cutter being attached to a mower.SOLUTION: A rotary cutter grinder 1 is capable of grinding a grinding tip 612 of a rotary cutter 61 being attached to a mower 6. The rotary cutter grinder 1 includes: an attachment part 2 positionally fixed to a shaft 62 of the mower 6; a grinding part 3 that causes a grinding surface 31 orthogonal to a rotary surface of the rotary cutter 61 to oppose to the outer periphery of the rotary cutter 61; and a support part 4 that supports the grinding part 3 so as to be free to displace relative to the attachment part 2 so that the grinding surface 31 is capable of approaching and separating from the outer periphery of the rotary cutter 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
