Abstract:

PURPOSE: To secure the stable rolling processing for a treated article on a pressure roll.

CONSTITUTION: Fluorine resin 14 is mechanically fixed into a number of fine recessed parts 13 formed on the surface of a pressure roll 10 which presses a treated article by the pressing onto the surface of a rotary cylinder body in cooled or heated state. Accordingly, the generation of the lifting-up phenomenon of the roll-pressed article supplied from the pressure roll can be prevented, and the stable roll-pressing work can be achieved.
