To facilitate adjustment of rotational resistance.SOLUTION: A rotary damper unit comprises: a casing 51a; a rotation shaft 51b projecting towards one side from the casing 51a; a brake gear 51c fixed on the rotation shaft 51b; and a rotational resistance adjustment member 51d exposed on the other side of the casing 51a, capable of being rotated. The rotational resistance of the rotation shaft 51b is adjusted according to a rotation amount of the rotational resistance adjustment member 51d, and the rotational resistance adjustment member 51d is formed larger than the brake gear 51c in a radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
