Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity, by shortening a replacing time of a die roll and an anvil roll, on a rotary die cutter unit having the die roll and the anvil roll and cutting-out/processing a belt-like material.SOLUTION: A rotary die cutter unit 1 comprises an external frame 20 having high rigidity and an internal unit 30 having a die roll 31 and an anvil roll 32 closely adjacently provided so as to be rotatable, and comprises a structure attachable-detachable in the axial direction of both rolls from the external frame 20 by integrating the internal unit 30. The die roll 31 and the anvil roll 32 can also be easily replaced in a short time, and in addition, time for removing, installing and adjusting an auxiliary facility added to the rotary die cutter unit 1, can also be remarkably reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
