Abstract:
To provide a small rotary drive of simple structure which can produce high speed rotation easily while exhibiting excellent rotation characteristics and capable of micromachining.
The rotary driving method rotates a second rotor 130 equipped with an inner circumferential surface having a diameter larger than that of the outer circumferential surface of a first rotor 120 rotatable about the axis and equipped with the outer circumferential surface along the outer circumferential surface. Attraction or repulsion of different phase in the rotational direction is applied to the second rotor 130 radially outward or inward of the first or second rotor 120, 130.
