To provide a rotary electric connector in which electric contact resistance does not change and which can perform an operation while more stable current and voltage are supplied.
The rotary electric connector includes an outer cylinder 2 having a circular inner circumference portion, a rotating shaft 1 held inside the outer cylinder via a bearing holding member 6 and a bearing 8, a plurality of conducting pipes which electrically connect the rotating shaft to the outer cylinder and a pipe holding member for holding the conducting pipes. The rotating shaft is held coaxially with a center shaft of the circular inner circumference portion by the bearing holding member and the bearing in a rotatable state. The conducting pipes, having a diameter larger than a circular gap formed by an outer circumference of the rotating shaft and the circular inner circumference portion, are compressed in the diameter direction and are arranged in the circular gap. The conducting pipes are regulated and held by the pipe holding member so that they do not interfere each other. The conducting pipes and the holding member are rolled and energized by rotation of the rotating shaft or the outer cylinder.
