Title:
ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012213269
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To suppress partial demagnetization of permanent magnets of a rotor.

A motor includes: a rotor (40) having a rotor core (41)constituted by laminating a plurality of laminate plates (43) in the axial direction of a drive shaft (60) and a plurality of permanent magnets (42) which are formed in the circumferential direction of the rotor core (41) and are inserted to a plurality of through holes (44a) penetrating axially, respectively; and a stator (20) which has a stator core (30) opposing to the rotor core (41) leaving a predetermined gap (G) and generates a rotating magnetic field. On an opposing surface of the stator core (30) to the rotor core (41), recesses (38d) are formed on the stator core (30) side and projections (46d) fitted into the recesses (38d) are formed on the rotor core (41) side, so that the axial direction shape of the gap (G) becomes an irregular shape. Magnet non-insertion portions (45) to which the permanent magnets (42) are not inserted are formed in portions corresponding to maximum diameter portions (41b) of the rotor core (41) in the plurality of through holes (44a).
