A composite motor 10 comprises: a winding rotor 15 which rotates together with an input axis 11; a slip ring mechanism 21 which is arranged between the input axis 11 and the winding rotor 15; and a case 16 including a cylindrical member 16b which is arranged between the slip ring mechanism 21 and the winding rotor 15. The case 16 includes a cylindrical through hole 27 which inner diameter is smaller than a radial dimension of the slip ring mechanism 21, and an insulation cover 30 arranged between the slip ring mechanism 21 and the case 16 so as to cover the slip ring mechanism 21 in which a protruding part 34 inserted into the through hole 27 is disposed at one end in an axis Ax direction, and the other end part is fixed to a partition member 16a of the case 16 at the other end.
